Diva worked perfectly (Mac OSX 10.4.3) until I have inadvertently hit the diva lounch icon
when it was already running. Now I can not lounch Diva any more - the interface does not
appear, Diva is running in the bacground consuming 80% of cpu and filnally quits not
showing interface nor menu items.

I guess, there should be some conflict with one of earlier processes, which are still running
but which ? how to properly kill Diva ?

restart and reinstallation does nothing, but there are two issues :

- delete the file /Users/user/Library/Preferences/com.3ivx.diva.plist
- file intended to convert had 0 bytes - in this case Diva crashes;

now everything is OK
