Although the text file has anti-alias on the subs are ugly and choppy when played on the movie i added them to...
Tried exporting them to xml witch looks better but they are not kyed to go on top of the movie and have the big black box under them...
How can i get keyed, nice looking, smooth subs out of TL into QT... ??
R
BTW: If this is not enough info let me know what else i need to explain to get proper help...

Those are 'burned in' to the video. Not text, and not separable from the original video track when you want to get rid of them. QT can do antialiasing and keying (transparent background), but as bantha said it's slow.

other is to edit a !subtitles.txt! where is KEYED TEXT -ON/OFF
and export .MOV to .DV Format... Anyhow Toast is not able to create switchable subtitles during mastering, it burn them to picture.
