m4a files play only for a few seconds then stop.  I'm using the 3ivx codec with WMP 10.  I've tired reinstalling the media player and the codec, but that doesn't work. I must be the only one with this problem because I haven't found any similar discussions. Help! Files play fine in RealPlayer.

Alternatively if you can supply us with an .m4a file that exhibits the problem, we will try to reproduce the problem and investigate what's causing it.

Yes, that would be good. Thank you.

I will send you a personal message with the details as regards where you can upload the file.
