Error On Site - Can'T Purchase

I am trying to purchase a license. I don't have an account. When I go to create one, I fill out the first form, click submit, then get this error :

SELECT 1 FROM accounts WHERE email = 'jpchou@comcast.net'

Some database script error. Please fix your site so I can give you $$$!

I am having the same problem...can't purchase and get that same error message. Please fix this ASAP so I can purchase your 3ivx Codec!

I am having the same problem ;-(

Do you know if this company has closed down? Are they trustable ?

They do not answer any email you send them.

Well, since none of us can buy a license. How does one edit DVD captured material? Anyone know where else we can get a 3ivx decoder?
